Newbould Guardians is committed to equality and diversity. Our contracts ensure that both clients and employees are treated fairly.
All guardians are given a full set of rules and responsibilities specific to each property prior to moving in. We always make sure that you have an appropriate number of guardians, ensuring shift pattern variation for the highest-profile presence possible.

Terms and Conditions.

No tenancy rights conferred while maintaining maximum guardian continuity. Contract can be terminated with fourteen days notice. Independently validated contracts. We require sight of a passport, proof of employment and income, proof of current address and references before we interview prospective guardians. Upon acceptance, they are given a training course covering poverty maintenance basics, environment awareness and fire and safety issues. All guardians are fully vetted. No pets or children allowed. Experience in property maintenance/trades encouraged.
